		<description>Hm...I would be interested to hear your opinion about the feeble minded who look nice.  It seems that in the 1950s there was a strict hierarchy, and morons were the higher type.  I bet I can translate some of that terminology into modern day jargon...

On another cultural studies topic, it seems to me that such institutions are what various period films are based on (i.e. Girl Interrupted, maybe Cuckoo&#039;s Nest).
