I am so glad you’re aware of this (much of it is the reason I’m a vegetarian), and thanks for posting the videos. I’m about 3/4 through “The Omnivore’s Dilemma” and have been following Pollan’s writings for a while. The article in the NYT Magazine “Farmer in Chief” is simply striking - something every American should read.
